Our client is searching for a Sales Consultants to receive details of qualified clients with pre-booked appointment times. As a Sales Consultants you will be expected to meet clients and accompany them on tour of potentially suitable properties. Possess up-to-date product knowledge, i.e. developments, prices, availability. This will involve visiting developers and liasing with them regularly. Keep in regular contact with clients after the reservation is made, and to act as co-ordinator with appointed lawyer, if required. Report to Sales Manager re progress, results, problems etc.
You will be based at home and thus will need to have a home PC, with internet access (ideally via ADSL), and a landline telephone. On average, you could expect to be handling between 4-8 clients per month. These clients will consist of INSPECTION FLIGHT clients, and STANDARD APPOINTMENT clients. Each client tour normally takes between 2-3 days. Therefore, normally you can expect to work between 10-20 days per month. This will often involve work at weekends, however you are free to manage their own time during non-client periods.
You will have recent experience gained in a sales-oriented role, perhaps (but not necessarily) within a Spanish real estate company. Have an understanding of the real estate purchasing system in Spain and some degree of product knowledge of new developments in the regions of Costa Calida and/or Costa Blanca. The ability to work in a stand-alone role, with the dedication and motivation to be able to work in a non-supervised, home-based environment is key. Of greatest importance, the ideal person will be a dynamic individual and will possess outstanding interpersonal skills, including the ability to quickly gain credibility and rapport in a face-to-face environment.

You will need to go to the office during the week, though a lot of time will be spent visiting clients.

Salary is commission based, the company expect that from 20/30 clients a year the gp would be €350k , you will earn 60% of this meaning over €200k pa in commission! they also pay 50% of the renewal commission, leading to potentially huge income once the client portfolio has been built up. A certain amount of sales ability will be required to convince the owners of the property that the company should list for them and also to convince the 'would be letters' to take the property. Spanish is a distinct advantage but it is not essential.

Our client is searching for Field Sales Executives for their busy offices just south of Torrevieja. You will receive qualified clients who are coming to Spain on 2 or 3 day inspection trips, and will be responsible for showing properties in the aim that the clients purchase. As this is a field sales role no cold calling is needed as the clients will have already been prepared as to why they are in Spain, as a result the success ate for clients that come on inspection trips is currently 92%. Your role is to collect the clients from the airport, show them a range of suitable properties, ensure there stay is comfortable and of course take a deposit from the client once a suitable property has been found.
Full training is provided for 2 weeks, in Marbella, so you will need to attend this locally which involves mainly getting to know all the locations and developments. You must be hungry, self motivated and possess some previous sales experience, a good appearance, and perfect English is vital.
You can earn great commission, but you will work on a commission only basis and therefore need to be financially self sufficient for 3 months.
Investor Qualifiers - Marbella
